The savings math
You keep 80% of every dollar saved.
No retainer and no percentage of your spend. When waste is cut, AdPilot earns. When spend goes up, it doesn't.
| Monthly ad spend | Avoidable waste | AdPilot fee (20%) | You keep |
|---|---|---|---|
| $10,000 | $1,000 | $200 | $800 |
| $100,000 | $10,000 | $2,000 | $8,000 |

How it works
Three steps from audit to verified savings.
- 01
Connect your ad accounts
Read-only access to Meta and Google through secure OAuth. The audit shows a dollar figure for wasted spend before you commit to anything.
- 02
Approve the fixes
Pause fatigued creative, trim overlapping audiences, move budget off dead ads. Every change needs your approval, can be rolled back, and is logged.
- 03
Check the savings yourself
Every saved dollar is reported against a baseline you can verify in your own ad accounts. The 20% fee is calculated only on that number.
How we compare
Other tools sell software. We sell savings.
Flat-fee autopilots like Ryze AI charge about $89 a month whether or not they find anything. Meta, Google and Amazon already take 62.3% of global digital ad spend, so most of your budget sits on two platforms. AdPilot optimizes for your profit across both.
| Criterion | AdPilot | Flat-fee tools | Agencies |
|---|---|---|---|
| Fee when nothing is saved | $0 | About $89 a month | Monthly retainer |
| Paid more when you spend more | No | Often spend-linked | Often a % of spend |
| Works across Meta and Google | Yes | Varies by tool | Depends on the agency |
| Savings reported against a baseline | Yes | Rarely | Rarely |

Fee is calculated on verified savings only. Savings are not guaranteed.
How does the 20% fee work?
You pay 20% of the savings AdPilot can show against an agreed baseline. There is no upfront subscription and no retainer. If nothing is saved, the fee is $0.
How are savings verified?
Savings are measured against a baseline taken from your own ad account history, using before/after or holdout comparisons adjusted for seasonality. You can check every figure in Meta and Google yourself.
What access do you need to my ad accounts?
The free audit uses read-only access through secure OAuth. We never ask for your platform passwords. Changes are only made after you approve optimizations.
Can AdPilot change my campaigns without asking?
No. Every change needs your approval, can be rolled back, and is recorded in an audit log.
Do you guarantee savings?
No. Results depend on your accounts. The free audit shows what we find before you commit, and figures on this page are illustrations.
Who is AdPilot built for?
Advertisers spending roughly $10k to $100k a month across Meta and Google without a dedicated optimization team. Larger or multi-account teams can ask about custom terms.
